HeySue AI Voice Integration is a private restaurant ordering integration for participating restaurants using Clover.
By authorizing HeySue, the restaurant permits HeySue to access the Clover permissions required to provide the service, including merchant identification, menu and inventory access, payment verification, Hosted Checkout support, and order creation.
HeySue does not replace Clover POS. Clover remains the restaurant's system of record for Clover orders, payments, and merchant account information.
HeySue is responsible for providing the voice-ordering integration, menu synchronization support, payment-link workflow, and order transmission logic.
The restaurant is responsible for maintaining accurate menu data, tax settings, Clover account access, and fulfillment of customer orders.
HeySue may be disconnected by removing the app authorization from the restaurant's Clover account or by contacting HeySue support.
