HeySue provides AI voice ordering and restaurant integration services for participating restaurants.
HeySue may process customer order information such as customer name, phone number, order details, pickup or delivery details, payment status, and restaurant instructions.
HeySue may also access Clover merchant information, menu and inventory data, payment status, and order data only as needed to provide the integration.
HeySue uses this information to process customer orders, generate payment links, verify completed payments, synchronize restaurant menus, and send paid orders into the restaurant's Clover POS system.
HeySue does not sell merchant or customer data. Data is used only to provide, support, troubleshoot, and improve the HeySue restaurant ordering service.
Restaurants may contact HeySue support to request help with account setup, data access, or removal of integration data.
